Jordie MacDonald - Ceramicist

Jordie is a maker deeply connected to the land, crafting ceramics from wild clays and natural glaze materials gathered around Aotearoa. After years in Tai Tokerau and the Coromandel, she now works from her studio in New Brighton, Ōtautahi. Her wood- and gas-fired forms celebrate place, with each pot shaped by locally found clay and New Zealand rock glazes. Every piece is unique, hand thrown, and made to be lived with daily.
