Gee loved cooking. Jay? She just loved eating. Her catchphrase at the dinner table was always the same: “More heat!” (and usually shouted). So Gee started experimenting with spices and aromatics until he landed on the ultimate chilli oil—spicy, toasty, and seriously addictive. Jay was hooked. She poured it over everything: noodles, stir-fries, toast, dumplings, pasta, even a cheeseboard. She cooked popcorn in it. Each batch vanished faster than the last. Friends and family couldn’t get enough either, so Gee and Jay figured—why keep it to themselves? That’s how LOUDER was born: a celebration of their love (and their volume) for spice, heat, food, and family.
