Established in 1922 and based in Tsubame, Aizawa is recognised as a leading Japanese manufacturer of high-quality stainless-steel kitchenware. Its iconic matte-black tableware collection was selected for the permanent design collection at the Museum of Modern Art New York on 7 October 1986.
