Francis (Courtney Rodgers) is an artist who has primarily based themselves in  photography and videography. However, their passion for creation and experimentation has led them to venture into various artistic mediums - including ceramics. Inspired by the beauty of the natural world and the thrill of experimentation, Courtney's work often reflects the interplay between these two elements. They have honed their ceramic skills during a residency in Japan, working alongside renowned ceramic artist Taiga Mori, where they immersed themselves in the local clay traditions of harvesting and wood-firing.

Courtney’s ceramic pieces are unique and unrepeatable. While some may share similarities, each piece possesses its own distinct character.
